Use:

Put one tablet in your mouth and chew for 5 to 10 seconds until you have a fine consistency. Brush your teeth in the classic way with a slightly damp brush for 3 minutes. Spit out the remaining liquid, rinse and you can smile. Repeat twice a day for best results. Do not swallow the tablet.

H2 Immunity® DRINK is a balanced and complete mixture of necessary vitamins (vitamin C, a combination of B vitamins, and folic acid) and minerals (zinc and selenium) promoting the proper function of the immune system, which also includes an efficient combination of two substances of plant origin (ganoderma and rosemary) for natural immunity.

Vitamin C
contributes to maintaining a normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical activity.

Zinc, vitamin B6, folate, and selenium
contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Niacin and riboflavin
contribute to maintaining the normal condition of mucous membranes.

Pantothenic acid
helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Thiamin

Oral administration of lactitol, maltodextrin, and trehalose leads to the release of molecular hydrogen produced by the intestinal microbiome.

Recommended dosage and use:
Mix the contents of one sachet once a day in approximately 2 dl of cold or warm water, juice, or tea (up to 50 °C at the most) and drink before or during a meal. You may also stir the contents into yogurt, porridge, or milk, add to a protein drink, or simply pour into your mouth and swallow with some liquid. Do not take in the evening.
