Ginger

Recommended dosage and use

Dissolve the contents of one sachet once a day in approximately 2 dl of cold or warm water, juice or tea (max. up to 50°C) and drink before or during meals. You can also stir into yoghurt, porridge, milk, add to a protein drink or just pop in your mouth and drink. Do not take at night.
