The combination contributes to the proper function of the immune system (vitamins C, B1, B6, B9, and B12, zinc and ginseng), thus supporting natural immunity.

Vitamin C also helps to protect cells against oxidative stress and to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical activity, while pantothenic acid helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Saccharides inulin, trehalose, xylitol, and larch arabinogalactan release molecular hydrogen in contact with intestinal microflora.

Vitamin B1 (thiamin)
Thiamin is able to improve the function of the immune system and has been proven to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, age-related disorders, kidney diseases, cancer, mental disorders, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide, niacin)
Niacin acts as a building block to create NAD and NADP, both vital to fight chronic system inflammation. NAD+ acts as a coenzyme in various metabolic paths, and its elevated levels are necessary for the treatment of a wide range of pathophysiologic conditions.

Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
Pantothenic acid has a number of functions, including lowering the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, enhances wound healing, reduces inflammation, and improves mental health.

Vitamin B9 (folic acid)
Folic acid is a vitamin necessary for DNA and protein synthesis and for adaptive immune responses.

Zinc
As the second most abundant trace element in the human body after iron, zinc is a basic component of body structures. Zinc sufficiency is necessary for proper protein functions. The entire human body contains approximately 2-3 g of zinc, mostly in muscles and bones. At the cellular level, 30-40% of zinc is found in cell nucleuses, 50% in cytosol, and the rest in membranes.

Dosage:
1 - 2 tablets a day, always after a meal, take with a sufficient amount of liquid.

The dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balance diet. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age or for pregnant and breast-feeding women.
