A balanced combination of important minerals aimed at supporting the proper function of the immune system, which also contains prebiotics (FOS and plant fiber). Prebiotics in the large intestine support the growth of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, which produce Molecular Hydrogen®, which then penetrates into cellular structures that can be damaged by oxidative stress.
The composition is designed to supplement the diet with concentrated sources of iodine and selenium with a synergistic effect with the role of Molecular Hydrogen® in the so-called quenching of free radicals. Hydrogen is free of side effects because excess amounts are excreted from the body through exhalation.
SELENIUM: Contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the activity of the thyroid gland. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
IODINE: Contributes to normal thyroid hormone production and cognitive functions (concentration, thinking, memory, problem solving), as well as normal thyroid function. It contributes to normal energy metabolism and the activity of the nervous system, as well as to the normal condition of the skin - keeping the skin fresh and radiant. The composition is determined to be optimal for harmonizing the immune system as part of the physiological response to the presence of antigens and maintaining health, when the cooperation of the thyroid gland with the immune system is very important.

1 tablet daily to your natural daily iodine intake one tablet contains 25% of the recommended daily dose of iodine (= 35.5 μg of iodine, 5 tablets contain 187.5 μg of iodine and 6 tablets contain 225 μg of iodine).

one tablet contains 25% of the recommended daily dose of selenium (13.75 μg of selenium, 68.75 μg of selenium in 5 tablets and 82.5 μg of selenium in 6 tablets).
Ingredients: bamboo fiber, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), sweetener (trehalose*), iodine (potassium iodide), selenium (sodium selenite). Recommended dosage and instructions for use: 1 tablet a day, always with a sufficient amount of water or tea before or during a meal. If necessary (emergency events), the dose can be increased and 5 tablets taken at once (women and children from 3 years of age) or 6 tablets at once (men and pregnant women). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of up to 25°C. Store out of reach of children.
