Dosage
1 tablet daily, always take with sufficient water or tea before or during meals. If necessary (emergencies) Ize increase the dose and take 5 tablets at a time (women and children from 3 years of age) or 6 tablets at a time (men and pregnant women). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
